Three people who got tired of wearing the same shoes as everyone else — so they made something that couldn't be copied.
TAURR started with a problem. Every shoe on the market was either boring or overpriced — and the ones that were interesting were usually both.
In 2024, three friends sat in a cramped apartment with a whiteboard and a stubbornly simple conviction: you shouldn't have to choose between quality and character.
The name came from the bull — not for any mystical reason, just because a bull doesn't change course. That stubbornness is built into everything we make.
We work directly with craftsmen in India, source leather from certified tanneries, and reject anything that doesn't pass our own wear tests. No middlemen. No shortcuts.
The three people responsible for this whole thing
Kawalpreet runs the brand — creative direction, partnerships, the big decisions. He's the one who draws on napkins at 2am and somehow turns them into actual products.
Farhan built the platform you're on right now. He also keeps the supply chain from collapsing — which is a full-time job in itself.
Steyn is the eye. Product photography, campaign visuals, the way a shoe sits on a shelf — all him. He's been designing since before it was cool to say so.
Every pair goes through 47 checks before it ships. If it doesn't pass, it doesn't go out. Simple as that.
We design what we want to wear, not what focus groups tell us to make. That's worked out so far.
Our leather styles are resoleable. We use materials that get better with age. Buy once, wear for years.
We work with local craftsmen and we're proud to say it. Indian skill is world-class — it just doesn't always get world-class credit.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the shoes are unworn and in original packaging. Exchanges for size are free on your first order. Email us with your order ID to start the process.

By accessing taurr.in and placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our services.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. TAURR reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes; minor colour variations may occur.
An order is confirmed only after successful payment processing via Razorpay. We accept cards, UPI, netbanking, and wallets. TAURR does not store any card or banking credentials. In the event of a failed transaction, any amount debited will be refunded within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Points are earned at ₹10 = 1 point and may be redeemed at checkout (500 pts = ₹50 off, 1000 pts = ₹120 off). Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire 24 months after the last account activity. TAURR reserves the right to modify or discontinue the rewards programme with 30 days' notice.
All content on taurr.in — including logos, product names, imagery, and copy — is the exclusive property of TAURR and may not be reproduced without written consent.
TAURR's liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.

Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure hosted on AWS (ap-south-1, Mumbai region). We apply row-level security so only you can access your own data. Passwords (email/password sign-ins) are hashed and never stored in plain text.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Email taurr@taurr.in with the subject "Data Request" and we'll respond within 7 business days.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to maintain your cart across sessions. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
All orders are shipped via Delhivery. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
Shipping is free on all orders with no minimum order value. We currently ship within India only.
If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the package is returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to rearrange delivery. Re-delivery charges may apply.
If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, email a photo to taurr@taurr.in within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
